Many patients want me to perform checkups such as Life Check or Vitality Check. As I am a primary care wellness doctor, unlike your medical doctor, I look at the whole body and how I can help you to live longer with a wellness lifestyle. As such, I perform system wellness checks and start looking at your systems such as cardiovascular, neurological, urological, endocrine and musculoskeletal from a wellness perspective, from a preventative perspective. From there we can start designing your individual Whole Body Prevention Plan based upon your Life Goals, your past medical history, your family medical history, your current lifestyle, leading to a Wellness Lifestyle.
